The Costa del Maresme Tourism Consortium is a public-private entity comprising the towns that make up the Maresme region, the Maresme County Council, and non-profit organisations. Our aim is to promote, strengthen and organise the tourist offer of our territory.
MICE sector requires special attention, given its specific characteristics and dynamism.
Our role as a coordinator and facilitator is to help supply meet demand, while also creating synergies between our companies so that new ideas, products and creative actions that add value and differentiation to our territory can be born.
Our goal is to position Maresme as a distinctive destination for MICE tourism, focusing on exclusivity and sustainability.
We also want to encourage the creation of knowledge, offer continuous training and help professionalise the sector.

We know that, despite being just a stone’s throw from Barcelona, we are still a relatively unknown destination in the MICE sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions). However, we are confident you will be surprised once you start to experience and try out all of our services.
Our long tradition in tourism has provided us with a large number of facilities and equipment that, over the years, we have successfully adapted to the meetings sector.
At the moment we have registered 60,000 accomodation places 140 meeting rooms 1 congress center more than 150 companies dedicated to MICE tourism from accommodation to complementary services and a total of 52 unique spaces ranging from castles to stately homes through wineries or modernist buildings.
