In the Maresme, where the sea and Mediterranean light invite inspiration, there are experiences that go beyond entertainment. Mosaiccos<\/strong><\/a> is one of these proposals that transform a corporate event into a unique experience.<\/p>\n

Mosaiccos was born in 2009 by Angelika Heinbach<\/strong>, a German based in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bin love with Catalan Modernism<\/strong> and passionate about the iconic trencad\u00eds<\/strong> technique, invented by Antoni Gaud\u00ed<\/strong>. Inspired by the genius of Gaud\u00ed and his technique, Angelika, accredited by the Generalitat de Catalunya as a master craftswoman<\/strong>, has created a space where creativity, culture and sustainability come together to give life to unique artistic experiences.<\/p>\n

Team building activities for corporate groups<\/strong> invite participants to enter the fascinating world of the \u201cTrencad\u00eds\u201d mosaic, which combines broken fragments of ceramic joined by mortar. A perfect metaphor for what any team represents: different pieces that, together, create a unique peace of art. Angelika explains that Mosaiccos was born with a firm commitment to sustainability<\/strong> \u201cThe materials used come mostly from local businesses and are reused and recycled whenever possible.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, Mosaiccos has collaborated with various NGOs, institutions and educational centers, in order to promote local talent, promote sustainability and spread the art and values \u200b\u200bof Modernism, while contributing to keeping Catalan cultural heritage alive.<\/p>\n

Creativity that unites teams<\/h3>\n

Mosaiccos\u2019 star activity is \u201cCreate your company logo using Gaud\u00ed\u2019s mosaic technique<\/strong>\u201d. An original, dynamic and highly customizable proposal, designed to enhance essential values \u200b\u200bwithin the company such as communication, motivation, collaboration and a sense of belonging.<\/p>\n

During the workshop, participants are divided into teams, and each team works on a part of the macro mosaic that, once completed, forms the company logo. Guided by master craftswoman Angelika Heinbach<\/strong>, a specialist in the trencad\u00eds technique and with an extensive background in creative training, the teams will learn the basic concepts of the technique and discover the satisfaction of creating an artistic piece together that symbolizes their team spirit.<\/p>\n

The result? A collective piece of art<\/strong> that can decorate the company walls as a tangible symbol of cooperation and shared creativity.<\/p>\n

Gaud\u00ed centenary special<\/h3>\n

The Gaud\u00ed Year 2026 aims to celebrate and publicize the extraordinary legacy of Antoni Gaud\u00ed, promoting the study and in-depth research into his life and work. Angelika Heinbach, master craftswoman at Mosaiccos, explains to us \u201cFor the Gaud\u00ed Centenary 2026 we wanted to pay tribute to the universal genius of architecture with the creation of his commemorative portrait<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the three years of commemoration (2025-2027), we want to offer a comprehensive view of his creative process, provide new perspectives on his artistic thinking and make his creations stand out to understand the dimension of his genius<\/em>.\u201d assures Angelika.<\/p>\n

Activities adapted to your event<\/h3>\n

Mosaiccos offers great flexibility to adapt to any environment or type of event in the Maresme. Activities can be developed in a particular venue, hotel or business space<\/strong>, for groups of different sizes.<\/p>\n

In addition to the corporate logo workshop, Mosaiccos also offers the \u201cTrencad\u00eds for Groups<\/strong>\u201d activity, a more playful and personal experience, where each participant designs and creates their own piece of mosaic \u2014a mirror, a photo frame or a decorative object\u2014 while learning the magic of this centuries-old technique.<\/p>\n
